This project involved a full presentation redesign for Lean Sherpas, a leading consulting firm based in Berlin, Germany. Lean Sherpas specializes in organizational design, agile thinking, and Large-Scale Scrum education.
Objective:
The primary objective was to Improve background design, typography, and visual layout for clarity and impact. Replace irrelevant AI-generated visuals with purposeful imagery and consistent branding to ensure the final presentation effectively supports training workshops and senior-level client engagement.
Challenges:
Inconsistent Visuals: The previous presentation was AI-generated(Gamma) & lacked coherence in overall visual identity.
Weak Brand Alignment: Generic white background visuals failed to reflect Lean Sherpas’ premium consulting image.
